Job Summary

Atlas Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced Holiday Team Lead to lead our Holidays team and manage Domestic & International holiday package sales and operations. The ideal candidate should have robust destination knowledge, sales expertise, and hands-on experience in managing holiday bookings from inquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Holiday Sales & Operations team.
- Handle Domestic and International holiday package inquiries, sales, and conversions.
- Understand client requirements and create customized itineraries and holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Oversee the complete booking and operations process, including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, flights, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, hotels, DMCs, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure bookings and travel arrangements are completed accurately and within timelines.
- Monitor team performance, targets, sales conversions, and revenue.




- Support team members in handling complex customer requirements and closing sales.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of booking files/CRM.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Holiday Sales & Operations.
- Strong experience in Domestic & International Holiday Packages.
- Proven experience in handling both sales and operations.
- Good knowledge of major domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in team handling or a supervisory role will be preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and travel/booking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks under tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For A proactive and responsible professional who can lead the team, drive holiday package sales, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations while maintaining excellent customer service. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
