We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement / Technology Hardware Procurement professional with solid experience in Strategic Sourcing and Team Handling. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, driving sourcing initiatives, negotiating with suppliers and leading procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT/Technology Hardware procurement and strategic sourcing activities.
- Handle end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQ, RFP, e-RFx, evaluation, negotiation and contracting.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost savings and value.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, spend analysis and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
- Lead and support the procurement team, including work allocation, performance monitoring, guidance and escalation management.
- Partner with IT, Business, Legal, Risk and other stakeholders on procurement initiatives.
- Drive cost savings, cost avoidance and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present sourcing updates, reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
