Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our Trivandrum office. The role involves handling customers from India and the UK, creating tailored holiday packages—especially for Europe—and delivering exceptional service. Training will be provided for candidates willing to learn and grow. Candidates with prior experience in handling holidays are encouraged to apply for this post.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients from India and the UK to understand travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements
- Design and sell tailor-made and package holidays (leisure, luxury, family, honeymoon, group travel)
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance
- Prepare accurate quotations and process bookings using GDS and supplier portals
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and tour operators to secure best rates and services
- Ensure all travel documentation is accurate and issued on time
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and customer queries professionally
- Upsell ancillary services to maximize revenue




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, and travel regulations
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of European destinations and industry trends

Skills & Requirements

- Proven experience as a Holiday Consultant or Travel Advisor preferred
- Strong destination knowledge, especially Europe, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to tailor holidays to individual client needs
- Familiarity with GDS systems and online booking platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Desirable

- Travel & Tourism qualification
- Experience in luxury or bespoke travel
- Knowledge of visa processes and travel regulations

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
