Job Summary The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and HR policies. The role requires maintaining employee records, supporting management in workforce planning, ensuring smooth employee onboarding, and handling HR-related activities in accordance with company policies and applicable labour requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, late coming, leave, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing and payroll-related information.
- Handle employee queries and resolve routine HR and workplace-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee databases, and management reports.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisal and review processes.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlement and exit documentation for employees leaving the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
