NJob Description

nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Specialist to convert leads into customers, drive product sales, and build lasting customer relationships through outbound calling and consistent follow-ups.

NKey Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads, website inquiries, and cart abandoners to convert them into paying customers.
N
- Explain product benefits and recommend the right pack size/plan based on customer needs.
N
- Convert one-time buyersinto monthly subscribers.
N
- Follow up on orders, including COD orders,



to confirm orders and reduce cancellations and returns.
N
- Handle customer queriesrelated to ingredients, usage, delivery, and payment.
N
- Re-engage inactive customers and drive repeat purchases.
N
- Cross-sell and upsell related products wherever relevant.
N
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM.
N
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
N
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
N

nCandidate Requirements

N

n
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service with a sales component.
N
- Fluent in Hindi – Mandatory.
N
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English – Mandatory.
N
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
N
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
N
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Excel.
N
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
N
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
N
