NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a UX Engineer who can bridge the gap between Design and Engineering by building, maintaining, and scaling design systems across multiple products.

NThis role requires a combination of frontend engineering expertise and design systems experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with Product Designers, translating Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and production-ready components.

NResponsibilities

- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems
N
- Develop reusable UI components and shared component libraries
N
- Translate Figma designsinto production-ready frontend components
N
- Define and maintain design tokens, theming, and UI standards
N
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)
N
- Partner with Product Design and Engineering teams to drive consistency across products
N
- Create documentation, guidelines, and governance for design system adoption
N
- Improve developer experience through reusable architecture and frontend best practices
N
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and component audits
N

nRequired Skills

N

- 6-12 years of experience in Frontend Engineering,



UX Engineering, UI Engineering, or Design Systems
N
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining Design Systems
N
- Experience creating reusable Component Libraries
N
- Strong proficiency in React and/or Angular
N
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
N
- Experience with Figma
N
- Experience with Storybook
N
- Understanding of DesignTokens and Theming
N
- Experience implementingAccessibility standards (WCAG)
N
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Designers and Engineers
