We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead Oracle / Database support operations and ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise database environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Oracle / Database support service delivery

Lead and mentor the database support team

Ensure SLA / KPI adherence and high service quality

Handle incident, problem, and change management (ITIL framework)

Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for issue resolution

Engage with clients and stakeholders for service governance and reporting

Required Skills

Robust experience in Oracle Database Administration

Hands-on expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, backup & recovery, performance tuning

Experience managing database support teams and service delivery

Knowledge of ITIL processes
