- Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment.

- Conduct discovery callsto understand customer needs.

- Present our programs and communicate their value with confidence.

- Handle objections and guide prospects toward informed decisions.

- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.

- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

nWho We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degreein any discipline.
N
- 1–3 years of experiencein Inside Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech, Recruitment, Career Services, or a similar consultative sales role.

- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
N
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
