Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and generate leads or sales.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or internal systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Automobile industry preferred).
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.




- Valuable knowledge of data management and CRM handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
- Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable to work requirements.
- Must be comfortable commuting to the office or residing nearby.
