We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. This role is central to our high-rise residential portfolio, requiring a professional who thrives in a quick-paced setting and possesses the technical backbone to handle large-scale drafting assignments. You will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings while ensuring seamless coordination between design intent and structural requirements and Service Reuirements

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed 2D/3D working drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and intricate construction details specifically for high-rise residential structures.
- Structural Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural consultants to ensure architectural plans are synchronized with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural frameworks.
- Internal Liaison: Work directly under Senior Architects to translate conceptual sketches into comprehensive permit and construction sets.
- Site Integration:



Conduct site visits when necessary to ensure that drafting work aligns with on-ground conditions and to resolve any technical discrepancies.
- Standards Management: Maintain and organize project drawing folders and ensure all drafting work adheres to firm-wide standards and local building codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of4-8 years of experience, with a proven track record in high-rise residential projects.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in CAD (2D & 3D). Proficiency in Sketchup or any other Presentation software is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of building materials, construction sequences, and structural elements.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be confident in presenting technical details to consultants and senior stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
