We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Accounts Billing Executive to correspond with customers regarding payments, issue invoices, and process credit memos. The billing clerk will also be tasked with updating accounting records with issued invoices, new payments, customer information, etc. You should be able to multitask, deal with customer concerns in a professional manner, and assist the accounting department as and when required.

Responsibilities:
1. Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting documents required for invoicing with attention to credibility.

2. Creating and issuing invoices to customers.

3. Preparing account statements for customers.

4. Prepare monthly billing reports.

5. Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies

6. Check the validity of debit accounts

7. Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, current balances, and customer contact information.

8. Filing and documentation management.

4. Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information

Qualification & Skills:
1. B Com/ M Com

2. Work Experience of 2 - 5 years preferably in accounts department.

3. Knowledge of Tally ERP 9

4. Knowledge & effective usage of MS office ( Especially MS Excel)

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
