Your role
- Have you successfully managed large-scale IT projects with Agile practices? Do you want to have flexible working hours and work remotely? Are you innovative and have a talent in detail orientated multitasking? Do you like managing all aspects of a project? Are you confident in delivering the objectives within highly complex projects?
- We’re looking for an IT SCRUM Master to:
- lead the delivery of IT projects, focusing on our Content & Document Management System
- coach and lead one or more Scrum teams as a Scrum Master
- capture and strive to improve team performance by tracking metrices like velocity, sprint completion, scope changes, effort deviation and quality parameters
- strive to achieve agility in software delivery, through TDD, BDD, test automation and effective DevOps practices
- manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at program level
- collaborate with Product Owner,
IT and Business stakeholders through various reporting forums
- drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines
- assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports
- allocate, utilize and direct personnel resources to drive projects to completion
