About DivVision Math Academy

DivVision Math Academy is an online mathematics academy supporting IB and IGCSE students through live classes, structured course material, assessments, detailed feedback, and personalized academic guidance.

We are looking for a dependable and highly organized person who can coordinate our day-to-day academic operations, student communication, admissions inquiries, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Operations
- Track assignments, submissions, tests, and pending student work
- Maintain student records, attendance, assessment results, and progress reports
- Coordinate class schedules, rescheduling, Zoom links, and academic calendars
- Follow up with students regarding incomplete work and upcoming assessments
- Help prepare and share periodic progress reports with parents

Team and Teacher Coordination
- Communicate regularly with teachers regarding classes, student performance, and pending tasks




- Ensure worksheets, recordings, reports, and other academic resources are shared on time
- Maintain internal trackers and follow up until assigned work is completed
- Communicate important updates between the management, teachers, students, and parents

Admissions and Inquiry Management
- Respond professionally to new student and parent inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media
- Explain our programs, batch options, trial classes, and enrollment process
- Schedule consultations and trial sessions
- Follow up with interested families and maintain an organized inquiry tracker
- Support students and parents throughout the onboarding process

Social Media and Marketing
- Assist in planning and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Coordinate the creation of posts, reels, flyers, announcements, and promotional messages
