We are rebuilding our sales operation and looking for a motivated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and build relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities Research and identify potential B2B clients Find CEOs, Founders, CTOs, COOs,



and other decision-makers Build targeted prospect lists Find and verify business contact information Research companies and identify potential technology needs Organize prospects in our CRM or spreadsheet Provide a short reason why each prospect may be a positive fit Work closely with the founder and future appointment-setting team What We're Looking For Previous B2B lead generation or prospect research experience Strong online research skills Ability to identify decision-makers Good written English Detail-oriented and organized Experience with LinkedIn and lead-generation tools Able to work independently and meet weekly targets Experience generating leads for software, IT, SaaS, or technology companies is a plus Target Clients Our initial focus is on companies in the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and Africa, particularly growing businesses and organizations that may need: Software Development | Mobile Apps | AI Solutions | Web Development | UI/UX | Enterprise Software | Dedicated Engineering Teams What Makes a Qualified Lead?
