Job Description
Lead the end-to-end sales efforts for real estate projects developed by the company,
nfocusing on achieving and exceeding defined revenue targets.
n✓ Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and revenue
nmilestones.
n✓ Oversee the complete customer lifecycle — from initial inquiry to site visit, booking,
ndocumentation, and final registration.
n✓ Manage walk-ins, digital inquiries, and leads from channel partners. Monitor and optimize
nlead conversion metrics such as lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking ratios.
n✓ Personally handle key negotiations and closures for premium or bulk buyers, ensuring a
npersonalized and high-impact experience.
n✓Candidates should be from MALDA or COOCHBEHAR only
