nAnnual CTC: Rs. 3,00,000 - Rs. 4,60,000 + Attractive Incentives on Deals
nExperience Required: 4 Years in Real Estate Sales (Mumbai)
nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team for our Bandra office. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in Mumbai's residential market, with strong focus on Bandra to Khar/Santacruz belt. The candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, arranging client meetings, assisting Team Leaders in achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the sales process.
nKey Responsibilities:
nClient Acquisition & Sales

- Conduct daily cold calling and follow-up calls on assigned leads to generate qualified prospects for Bandra residential projects.n
- Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements specifically for Bandra location.n




- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for premium Bandra residential inventory.n
- Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.n

nClient Meetings & Site Visits

- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property presentations, and site visits within Bandra.n
- Attend client meetings independently or along with Team Leaders as required.n
- Assist clients throughout the decision-making and booking process.n
- Ensure a professional and positive client experience at every touchpoint.n

nSales Coordination & Follow-Ups

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.n
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal teams regarding client requirements and project updates.n
