- Manage incoming phone callsn
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionn
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationn
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsn
- Handle customer complaints,



provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionn
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsn
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesn
- Take the extra mile to engage customersn

nRequirements and skills

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representativen
- Track record of over-achieving quotan
- Solid phone contact handling skills and active listeningn
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesn
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersn
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsn
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyn
