Skill: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

n8+ years of experience in SAP Project Management

- Proven experience managing S/4HANA implementation or transformation projectsn
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall frameworksn

nExperience in managing end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation → Go-Live)

- Robust understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource managementn
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependenciesn
- Exposure to SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)n
- Experience in budget management and cost controln
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experiencen
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skilln

nKey responsibilities:
nLead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery
n Define and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones




n Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy
n Manage project governance, reporting, and status tracking
n Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
n Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams
n Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans
n Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking
n Ensure adherence to SAP methodologies (Activate, Agile, Waterfall)
n Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and quality assurance
n Lead cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support
n Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement
n Manage vendor and partner relationships
n Ensure successful change management and user adoption
