nWe're looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team in Arjan Garh, Delhi. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers — from the first enquiry to final service delivery. You'll play a key role in converting leads into customers while building long-term relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
nWhat You'II Own
nLead Management & Conversion

- Manage daily inbound and campaign-generated leads from Meta, Google, MyGate, society WhatsApp broadcasts and society camps.n
- Contact assigned leads within the defined response time.n
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads, provide accurate quotations and close sales.n
nCustomer Consultation

- n
- Understand Wizard's B2C service portfolio and recommend the right services based on customer requirements.n
- Clearly communicate pricing, process and timelines.n
- Set realistic expectations and avoid over-promising.n
nOrder Management & Handover
n
- n
- Capture complete customer and service requirements.n
- Ensure accurate documentation, addresses, deadlines and special instructions.n
- Coordinate a smooth handover to the Operations team.n
nCustomer Relationship & Retention
n
- n
- Remain the customer's point of contact throughout the service journey.n
- Proactively communicate service updates and resolve concerns.n
- Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.n
