Senior SAP FICO Specialist
nWe're looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to join a fast-growing Financial Systems team, driving SAP finance transformation across S/4HANA. You'll design solutions for current initiatives, optimize existing SAP finance functionality, and partner with business and IT teams to translate finance processes into scalable SAP solutions.

- Own end-to-end design and delivery of FICO solutions — from planning and configuration to testing, go-live, and hypercaren
- Develop solution design documents, functional specs, and configuration rationalen
- Partner with business owners and digital teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose solution designsn
- Support integration of SAP FI with legacy systems and external interfacesn
- Train key users and provide day-to-day support and incident resolutionn
- Contribute to improving project delivery and development methodologiesn

- Deep hands-on experience with SAP Finance core setup: Enterprise Structure,



Global Organisation, Chart of Accounts, Controlling Area, Operating Concern (CO-PA), Company Coden
- Expert configuration of Ledgers, Currencies, Segments, Fiscal Year/Posting Period variantsn
- Strong experience with Master Data & Hierarchies: Cost Center/Profit Center Hierarchies, Internal Order Types, Account Groupsn
- Fixed Assets configuration: Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation Areas, Asset Classesn
- Deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accountingn
- Treasury & Banking: Bank Communication Management (BCM), Intercompany Accountingn
- Advanced Controlling / CO-PA knowledge for financial reporting and business insightn
- Proficiency mapping business processes across both ECC and S/4HANAn
- Strong knowledge of integrating SAP FI with legacy and external systems, including FI-GL and payment gateway data mappingn
- Fluent English, strong stakeholder management and presentation ski
