[email protected]" About the job We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of B2B creative production projects.
The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, content, and technology). - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle – from brief intake to final delivery. - Translate client requirements into clear project briefs and actionable plans. - Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and workflows. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and deadlines. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects. - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them. - Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. - Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
