nAbout the role:
nThis is a role that offers endless learning opportunities. A customer service executive is a critical part of Clinikally's user's journey. We require action-orientated and flexible problem-solvers who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problems within a rapid-paced environment. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, utilising a variety of software tools to navigate customer flows, as well as researching and reviewing policies to communicate effective solutions.

- Proper urgency, dedication, and attention to quality when addressing customer requirements.n




- Skill in managing disputes and establishing realistic expectations with customers.n
- Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.n
- Collaborate cross functionally with the brand marketing & tech team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.n
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.n
- Ensuring high repeat and retention from customers.n
- Building up domain expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.n
- Providing feedback on critical customer pain-points to internal teams.n

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success rolen
- Competency in utilizing email, chat, and phone calls for customer interactions.n
