nZingHR is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
nWhat You'll Do
nGenerate qualified leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns and other prospecting channels.
nIdentify and engage HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs and key decision-makers across enterprise accounts.
nResearch target accounts, identify the right personas and build a strong prospect pipeline.
nQualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, authority and potential fit.
nSchedule qualified meetings and demos for the Sales/Account Executive team.
nMaintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM.




nWork closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline generation.
nConsistently achieve monthly/quarterly SDR targets and KPIs.
nWhat We're Looking For
n2–6 years of proven SDR/BDR experience, preferably in HCM, HRTech, HRMS or B2B SaaS.
nStrong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
nExperience engaging HR/CHRO/C-level stakeholders.
nStrong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
nHands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email outreach and prospecting tools.
nStrong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.
nSelf-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-growth workplace.
