nWe're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and build strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targetsn
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize conversionsn
- Generate new business through client acquisition, referrals, networking & market developmentn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clientsn
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closuren
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue targets and team performancen
- Handle key client meetings, negotiations and high-value project closuresn
- Coordinate with Design,



Project & Execution teams for smooth project handovern
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunitiesn

nWhat We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of proven experience in sales/business developmentn
- Experience in Interior Design, Home Interiors, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, Real Estate or related industries is a bonus.n
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skillsn
- Proven track record of achieving sales targetsn
- Strong client & professional networkn
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales teamn
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and closing skillsn
- Strong ownership, strategic thinking and result-oriented approachn
