nLotus Hospital is looking for an experienced and hands-on healthcare professional to lead its day-to-day operations and business growth.
nWe are looking for someone who can take ownership, build robust teams, improve operational efficiency and help take the hospital to its next stage of growth and profitability.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end day-to-day hospital operationsn
- Drive OPD, IPD, occupancy and overall revenue growthn
- Improve OT, diagnostics and other service utilisationn
- Develop and strengthen the doctor/consultant networkn
- Build referral, corporate, TPA and institutional businessn
- Improve patient experience and service qualityn
- Lead and coordinate hospital teams across functionsn
- Monitor costs, collections, productivity and operational efficiencyn
- Track MIS, revenue and key business performance indicatorsn




- Work closely with the promoters on growth strategy and executionn

nWho We Are Looking For

- n
- 10+ years of relevant Hospital/Healthcare experience preferredn
- Experience in hospital operations and business growthn
- Leadership experience in a multispecialty hospital preferredn
- Strong understanding of OPD, IPD, doctor management and hospital revenuen
- Commercial mindset with strong people-management skillsn
- Kolkata/West Bengal healthcare network will be an advantagen
- Fluency in Bengali is mandatoryn
