Job DescriptionPosition Summary

NSenior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity will lead the organization's IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, IT assets, and end-user support. The role will ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability IT operations while driving ISO 27001 compliance, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and team performance.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, backup, DR, and network operations.
N
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network security.
N
- Drive cybersecurity, including EDR/XDR, IAM, MFA, DLP, vulnerability management, and incident response.
N
- Lead ISO 27001/ISMS implementation, audits, risk management, and compliance.
N
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.
N
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, and CMDB.
N
- Lead IT Helpdesk, end-user computing, and SLA-driven support.
N
- Drive cybersecurity awareness and user training.
N
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service levels.

- Lead and develop infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams.

NInfrastructure & Cloud: Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, Backup, DR, Cloud

NNetworking: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi

NCybersecurity: SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, MFA, DLP, VAPT, SOC, Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust

NMicrosoft 365: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, PowerShell

NITSM & Compliance: ITIL, ServiceNow/ManageEngine/Jira, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, ITGC

NQualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degreein IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

master's preferred.

- 12–15 years of IT experience, with 5–7 years in a leadership role.

- Robust experience in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365.
N
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation and audits.
N
- Manufacturing IT experience is preferred.
