NAt The Design Plexus, we design spaces that are thoughtful, timeless, and detail-driven. We're looking for a Senior Architect who can take ownership of design development, technical detailing, coordination, and execution across projects.

NWe're looking for someonewho has:

- Strong architectural design and space-planning skills
N
- Experience developing projects from concept through design development
N
- Solid understanding ofplans, sections, elevations, and architectural detailing
N
- Experience preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation
N
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systems
N
- Ability to develop and coordinate architectural details
N
- Experience coordinatingwith structural, MEP, and other consultants
N
- Experience with site visits and coordination with contractors and site teams
N
- Ability to review drawings and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
N
- Ability to identify andresolve design and execution-related issues
N




- Experience coordinatingdrawings, details, materials, and site requirements
N
- Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines
N
- Strong communication, coordination, and project-management skills
N
