NPosition Overview

nWe are seeking a Senior Architect – Studio Head with 9–12 years of experience to work directly with the Principal Architect and lead the architectural studio.

NThe role combines design leadership, project delivery, Revit/BIM management, consultant coordination, client interaction and team mentorship.

NKey Responsibilities

nDesign & Project Leadership

- Work closely withthe Principal Architect to translate the studio's design vision into well-resolved projects.

- Lead projects from concept and design development through documentation and execution.

- Review planning, massing, façades, materials and architectural detailing.
N
- Ensure design quality, functionality, efficiency and constructability across projects.
N

nStudio & Team Leadership

- Lead Project Architects, Junior Architects and the BIM Team.
N
- Allocate projects, responsibilities and deliverables based on priorities and team capabilities.
N
- Conduct regular design,drawing and project reviews.
N
- Mentor teams, encourageownership and maintain high standards of performance and accountability.

nProject Management

- Oversee multiple projects, schedules, deliverables and resources simultaneously.

- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks and coordination issues.
N
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining architectural and documentation quality.

nRevit, BIM & Technical Quality

- Lead Revit-based project delivery and BIM workflows.
N
- Review architectural models, drawings, details and construction documentation.
N
- Establish and maintain BIM, documentation and QA/QC standards.
N
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and buildable before issue.

nConsultant Coordination

- Lead coordinationwith Structural, MEP, Façade, Landscape, Fire, Liaison and other specialist consultants.
N
- Identify and resolve multidisciplinary design and technical conflicts.
N




- Ensure consultant inputs are correctly integrated into architectural documentation.
N

nHigh-Rise & Regulatory Coordination

- Review tower planning, cores, parking, podiums, basements, vertical circulation and service integration.
N
- Apply working knowledgeof Mumbai DCPR, fire norms, building codes and approval requirements.
N
- Balance design intent with planning efficiency, regulatory compliance and commercial objectives.

nClient & Stakeholder Management

- Participate in and lead meetings with clients, developers, PMCs, consultants and contractors.
N
- Present design solutions clearly and translate client decisions into actionable directions for the team.
N
- Maintain professional communication and timely follow-up across stakeholders.
N

nConstruction & Site Coordination

- Review shop drawings, materials and critical construction details.
N
- Conduct key site visitsand resolve architectural and coordination issues during execution.
N
- Ensure construction remains aligned with approved drawings and architectural intent.
N

nStudio Development

N

- Support the Principal Architect in developing SOPs, BIM standards, drawing standards and efficient studio workflows.
N
- Encourage adoption of BIM, AI, computational and emerging design technologies.
N
- Contribute to building a collaborative, accountable and design-driven studio culture.
N

nMust-Have Qualifications

N

n
- B.Arch from a recognized institution;

COA registration preferred.

N
- 9–12 years of professional architectural experience.
N
- Proven experience in high-rise residential and/or commercial projects.
N
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory, with sound BIM workflow knowledge.
N
- Strong design, planning, detailing and construction documentation skills.
N
- Experience coordinatingStructural, MEP, Façade, Fire, Landscape and Liaison consultants.
N
- Working knowledge of Mumbai DCPR, building codes and fire regulations.
N
- Ability to independently lead multiple projects from design development through execution.
N
- Experience managing andmentoring Project Architects, Junior Architects and BIM teams.
N
- Strong client communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
N

nPreferred Qualifications

- M.Arch or relevant postgraduate qualification.
N
- Advanced Revit/BIM coordination and model management experience.
N
- Experience in luxury residential, commercial towers, mixed-use, hospitality, villas or master planning.
N
- Exposure to Dynamo, Grasshopper, computational or parametric design.
N
- Familiarity with D5 Render, Enscape and AI-assisted architectural workflows.
N
- Experience developing BIM standards, SOPs and QA/QC systems.
N
- Understanding of planning efficiency, FSI optimization and commercially intelligent design.
N
- International/GCC project exposure would be an advantage.
N
