- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Gather business requirements from insurance sector stakeholders, map gaps, and coordinate across cross-functional or multi-vendor delivery teams.

- Very good knowledge of Convergent Mediation as part of SAP

- Strong overall knowledge of Information Technology in insurance Domain with particular focus on Finance

- Strong understanding ofthe systems and architecture enabling SAPs processes related to insurance industry, Reports related IRDA

- Knowledge of Order Management, Billing, A/R, A/P, CM, CC, CI, FI-CA

- Strong customer and quality focus, highly motivated and able to work independently

- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency

- Solid Collaborative mindset (across teams and functions)

- Working in Agile development environment (preferably SCRUM) and DevOps;
