NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a Senior Finance Associate who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

NKey Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
N
- Handle TDS computation,payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
N
- Prepare and file IncomeTax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
N
- Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and supporting schedules.
N
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
N
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
N
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
N
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
N
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports.
N
- Keep updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.
N

nRequired Skills

N

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
N
- Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
N
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
N
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
N
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
N
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

nQualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter,or an equivalent qualification.
N
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.

- Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred.
