NRole Overview

nSenior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.

NKey Responsibilities

nSAP B1 Implementation & Optimization

- Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Configure modules (e.G., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.

nTechno-Functional Leadership

N

n
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
N
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
N

nProcess Improvement & Automation

N

n
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
N
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
N

nSystem Integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.G., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
N
- Ensure data consistencyand optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
N

nOwnership & Mentorship

- Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
N




- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

nTroubleshooting & Support

- Oversee debuggingand root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.
N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

NEducational Background

N

n
- BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
N
- Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).
N

nExperience

n

N
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.
N
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.
N

nTechnical Proficiency

- Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.G., SDK, Crystal Reports).

- Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.
N
- Experience with systemsintegration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
