We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing office and work closely with our U.S.-based staff and partners.

NPosition Overview:

NThe Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving growth and managing operations. You will play a key role in supporting our U.S. operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to building solid client relationships and operational success.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients and third party service providers.

- Bridge communication between subject matter experts (SMEs), U.S. teams, and clients to ensure clarity and timely delivery.

- Participate in requirements gathering and kickoff meetings.

- Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
N
- Resolve client issues proactively and escalate concerns as needed.

nQualifications:

- Bachelor/ Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
N
- Minimum 5 to 8 years ofexperience in Client Relationship Management, ideally with international exposure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
N
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during evening hours (to align with U.S. time zones).

- Experience with international project coordination is a plus.
