nWe are seeking a dynamic, operationally focused Principal to lead the administration, growth, and holistic development of our school. Under our specialized leadership structure, the Principal is entirely relieved of day-to-day academic management—which is spearheaded by a dedicated Academic Head. This allows the Principal to focus exclusively on institutional excellence, admissions strategy, parent relations, and building a thriving, disciplined school environment.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual admissions strategy, initiating the planning phase as early as September.
