NThe Company is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead its Dahej manufacturing operations for boiler pressure parts, heavy fabrication, assembly and special project equipment.

NKey Responsibilities

- Lead complete plant manufacturing operations with ownership of production, OTD, productivity, quality, cost and safety
N
- Drive daily and weekly production plans against project and dispatch schedules
N
- Improve fabrication output, labour productivity, machine utilization and manufacturing lead time
N
- Control factory conversion cost, overtime, contract labour, rework and material wastage
N
- Ensure strong welding, NDT, PWHT, hydrotest and material-traceability discipline
N
- Drive reduction in NCRs, weld repairs and cost of poor quality
N
- Ensure high equipment availability through preventive maintenance
N
- Lead EHS, 5S, shop-floor discipline and continuous improvement
N
- Coordinate closely withPlanning, Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Stores and Quality
N
- Develop supervisors andbuild a solid second-line manufacturing team
N
- Prepare and monitor plant budgets, manpower plans and capex requirements
N

nCandidate Profile

N

n




- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred
N
- 15–20 years of manufacturing experience
N
- Minimum 5 years in a plant leadership / senior manufacturing role
N
- Strong exposure to one or more of:
N
- Boilers and pressure parts
N
- Pressure vessels / heatexchangers
N
- Heavy fabrication
n
- Power or process equipment
N
- EPC manufacturing
n
- Strong working knowledge of welding, WPS/PQR, NDT, PWHT, hydrotesting, material traceability and quality systems
N
- Proven track record of improving OTD, productivity, quality and manufacturing cost
N
- Strong shop-floor leadership and contractor-management capability
N
- Exposure to IBR/ASME/TPI-driven fabrication will be preferred
