NWe are looking for dynamic professionals capable of maintaining our customer satisfaction rates with excellent communication skills and positive approach. A committed representative who is able to maintain relationships with our customers and clients, answer questions and troubleshoot account issues, help with product and payments queries, and more. This is a full-time position with the ability to work in the office.

Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services

- Respond efficiently andaccurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions, and

- Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on

- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
