Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, customization, configuration, development, and solutioning. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across CRM configuration, custom development, integrations, troubleshooting, and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v9) based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform entity customization, form design, workflows, business rules, views, and data import/export within Dynamics 365.
- Develop, customize, and deploy C#-based processes and custom solutions.
- Read and write JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for CRM customization, validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions following Microsoft Dynamics solutioning standards and best practices.
- Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to extend CRM capabilities and automate business processes.
- Support integrations and understand the fundamentals of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Troubleshoot CRM application issues, identify root causes, and provide effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, developers,



and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver CRM solutions.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining quality and meeting project timelines.
- Participate in application support, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.
- Work with tools such as Jira and Zendesk for issue and service management, where applicable.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales (v9) and its configuration capabilities.
- Valuable experience with CRM customization, workflows, forms, entities, and data management.
- Practical experience developing custom C# processes in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 solution management, architecture, and implementation best practices.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a project environment.
- Experience with Jira and Zendesk is an added advantage.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210 or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory.
