We are hiring 3 enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our US HR / Employee Services process in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity to work with US and Canadian employees, gain hands-on experience in HR operations, and build a solid foundation in Global HR.

Baner, Pune

Shift

Night Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Two-way cab facility provided

Cab facility applicable within a radius of up to 30 km from Baner.

Position

HR – Employee Services / US HR Process

Eligibility

- MBA freshers, preferably MBA in HR / Human Resources
- 0–1 year of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a night shift
- Valuable problem-solving and customer-service orientation
- Willingness to interact with international employees and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication

What You'll Do In this role, you will be part of an international HR employee-services team and will interact directly with employees and internal stakeholders across the USA and Canada. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Handle international calls from employees and internal stakeholders
- Provide professional, empathetic, and exceptional customer service




- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related categories
- Manage and resolve employee requests through the ticketing system
- Understand employee concerns, identify the appropriate resolution, and ensure timely closure
- Communicate professionally with employees and internal stakeholders through calls, emails, and tickets
- Coordinate with relevant HR/internal teams to resolve complex queries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to process guidelines and SLAs
- Gain exposure to US and Canadian HR processes and employee lifecycle practices
