NExperience: 6–12 years of experience in testing laboratories / quality /

Nenvironmental testing, with exposure to lab operations and team management

NEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field

NTechnical Knowledge: Valuable understanding of testing standards, lab operations, and

Nquality systems (ISO/IEC 17025 preferred)

NPrimary Job Responsibilities:

N1. Test Activity Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor all testing activities to ensure

Ntimely execution and optimal utilization of resources.

N2. Customer Coordination C Communication: Manage test slot bookings, provide status

Nupdates, and handle customer queries, clarifications, and escalations.

N3. Program C SRF Management: Review and approve SRFs, ensure proper sample tracking,

Nand monitor execution of test programs as per requirements.

N4. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with operations, delivery, finance, and sales teams to

Nensure smooth execution and alignment of test programs.

N5. Maintenance Management: Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance;

ncoordinate withAMC/service teams to ensure minimal downtime.

N6. Quality Management: Implement and monitor quality objectives, ensure compliance

Nwith standards (ISO/IEC),and maintain overall lab quality systems.

N7.



Non-Conformance Handling: Identify, document, and manage non-conforming work;

nperform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.

N8. Calibration Management: Plan and ensure timely calibration of all equipment and

Ninstruments;

maintain records and traceability.

N9. Resource C Shift Management: Allocate manpower, manage shifts, and ensure

Navailability of skilled resources for uninterrupted operations.

N10. Test Report Management: Review, verify, and approve test reports ensuring accuracy,

Ncompleteness, and compliance with requirements.11. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on test setup, execution, troubleshooting, and

Nensure correct data recording and interpretation.

N12. Performance C Training: Identify training needs, evaluate team performance, and ensure

Ncompetency development.

N13. Data C Documentation Management: Ensure proper maintenance of records, logbooks,

Nutilization data, and audit readiness.

N14. Safety C Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of

Nequipment, and safe working conditions in the lab.

N15. Customer SatisfactionC Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, minimize

Ndelays, and ensure timelydelivery of services.

N16. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and

Nenhance quality and productivity.
