NRole Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cloud-native MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC). This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders in a consulting environment.

NThe candidate will play akey role in solution architecture, delivery governance, team mentoring, and client success across MDM transformation programs.

NKey Responsibilities

nMDM Solution Design & Delivery

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS on the IDMC platform
N
- Design scalable MDM architectures including:
N
- Party, Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data domains
N
- Match & Merge strategies
N
- Hierarchies, relationships, survivorship, and data stewardship
N
- Configure and optimize:
N
- Business entities and data models
N
- Match rules, cleanse rules, and survivorship rules
N
- Inbound/outbound integrations
N

nCloud & Integration

N

n
- Work closely withCloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) teams
N
- Design integrations with source systems (ERP, CRM, legacy systems) and downstream consumers
N
- Ensure secure, performant, and reliable data pipelines on IDMC
N

nTechnical Leadership

N

n
- Act as technical lead across projects, guiding junior developers and leads
N




- Conduct design reviews,code reviews, and best practice validations
N
- Troubleshoot complex MDM, performance, and data issues
N

nStakeholder & Client Management

N

n
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
N
- Drive solution walkthroughs, architecture reviews, and design sign-offs
N
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and RFP responses
N

nGovernance & Best Practices

N

n
- Define MDM standards, frameworks, and reusable assets
N
- Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance requirements
N
- Support production deployment, hypercare, and operational readiness
N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

NMust-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Informatica MDM, with solid exposure to MDM SaaS
N
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
N
- Strong understanding of:

- Match & Merge concepts

- Data quality and survivorship

- Hierarchies and relationships
N
- Experience with CDI andCDQ

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills

- Experience working in aconsulting or client-facing role
