Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end S2P project plan, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Lead procurement transformation initiatives across Strategic Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and TPRM functions.

- Coordinate system configuration, testing, integration, and validation activities across PeopleSoft, Aravo, and Zip platforms.

- Drive vendor master data migration, mapping, and cleansing activities in collaboration with business and data teams.

- Manage UAT planning, execution, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively and ensure timely resolution.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.

- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and project presentations for senior leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, AP,



Vendor Management, IT, and Data teams.

- Support organizational change management, user training, and adoption of current S2P processes and tools.
