Purpose of the Job:
nAs a Training Associate you shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Building solid relationship with customer and forging strong confidencen
- Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training.n
- Training opticians through conferences / seminarn
- Hospital retail training of Doctors & Optometristn
- Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation casesn
- Getting premium Zeiss products dispensed easilyn

nExperience & Qualification Required:

- n
- Bachelor's in optometry with Min 1-3 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segmentn
- Excellent communication skills.n
- Person should be willing to travel extensively.n
