nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced business leader to manage and grow the Transportation & Mobility business, covering Mobility, Automotive, and Rail services.
nThe successful candidate will lead engineering services across Embedded Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, and AI. This role will be responsible for business growth, customer relationships, delivery operations, financial performance, and leadership development.
nThe ideal candidate should have experience managing a large global engineering organization with 1,500 or more employees.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the complete profit and loss (P&L;) of the Transportation & Mobility business.n
- Own revenue, EBITDA,



profit margins, and cash flow targets.n
- Win recent customers, especially in the USA.n
- Grow existing customer relationships across the UK, GCC, USA, Europe, and India.n
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, engineering leaders, and GCC heads.n
- Lead global delivery teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.n
- Improve employee utilization, productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.n
- Expand services in:n
- AI and Digital Engineeringn
- Embedded Engineeringn
- Software Engineeringn
- Mechanical Engineeringn
- Develop and grow strategic customer accounts.n
- Build a strong leadership team and create a high-performance work culture.n
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, analyst discussions, and partner forums.n
- Identify new business opportunities in the Automotive, Mobility, and Rail industries.n
