Position: Assistant Registrar

nRole Overview
nThe Assistant Registrar will support the Registrar's Office in managing academic, administrative, and statutory functions of the University. The role requires coordination across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining academic records, and supporting smooth institutional operations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Assist in the administration and execution of academic and statutory processes of the Universityn
- Coordinate with academic departments for implementation of university policies, regulations, and academic proceduresn
- Maintain and manage student records, official documentation, and institutional datan
- Support admissions, examinations, results, convocation, and other academic activitiesn




- Ensure compliance with UGC/AICTE and other regulatory requirementsn
- Prepare reports, notices, official correspondence, and regulatory documentationn
- Facilitate smooth coordination among students, faculty, departments, and external agenciesn
- Support process improvement, digitization, and ERP-based academic administration systemsn
- Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining records of statutory bodies, and executing administrative decisionsn

nEligibility & Experience

- Master's degree from a recognized university; PhD preferredn
- Relevant experience in academic administration in universities or higher education institutionsn
- Sound understanding of university governance, academic regulations, and compliance frameworksn
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsn
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic ERP systemsn
