nSalary: ₹35,000–₹50,000/month + incentives (based on experience and skills)

We're hiring a confident Telecaller / Client Relations Executive to manage new client enquiries, qualify prospects, and support our sales process - speaking directly with Australian clients over the phone.
nKey Resounsibilities

- Call new client enquiries (Australian clients) to verify and collect informationn
- Build rapport and deliver a professional, positive client experiencen
- Understand clients' property goals and circumstancesn




- Guide clients on next steps in our processn
- Accurately update client information in CRMn
- Follow structured call scripts and sales processesn
- Maintain accurate client recordsn
- Support sales team with follow-ups and admin tasksn
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handoversn
- Timely, professional follow-up with prospectsn

- Fluent spoken English (mandatory) - tested during interviewn
- Prior phone-based client interaction experience (telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales)n
- Solid listening and questioning skillsn
- Confidence collecting personal/financial information professionallyn
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Officen
- Good attention to detail and organisationn
