Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager / Senior Manager – Payroll to drive revenue growth for the India market for Ramco’s Global Payroll product .

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling Payroll, HCM, HRMS, HR Tech, or related enterprise SaaS solutions ,



with a proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and deal closure.

This is a high-ownership sales role focused on acquiring new customers, growing strategic accounts, building a strong pipeline, and positioning Ramco Payroll as a strategic technology solution for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through disciplined sales execution.
- Drive Net New ARR and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Payroll Product Sales
- Drive sales of Ramco’s Global Payroll product across the India market.
- Identify and engage organizations with complex payroll, HR, and workforce management requirements.
- Understand customer payroll challenges and position the right Ramco solution to address their business needs.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll technology
