Job Title : Trade Operations – Functional Location: Mumbai Experience: 15–18 Years Level: Chief Manager Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Trade Operations professional with strong experience in the Capital Markets domain and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day trade and business operations. - Ensure smooth production support and timely resolution of operational issues. - Handle internal, external and regulatory audits, including SEBI inspections. - Conduct mock drills and operational readiness activities. - Review and maintain operational documents, checklists and manuals. - Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review defects and provide UAT sign-off. - Review business requirements, functional specifications and impact analysis. - Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases. - Drive process improvements and identify gaps in existing processes. - Coordinate with Business, Technology, Testing and Operations teams. - Manage communication with external stakeholders such as Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Regulators,



Banks and Depositories. - Manage and develop team members, including skill development and job rotation. Key Requirements: - 15–18 years of relevant experience. - Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Financial Markets. - Solid understanding of Trading Operations. - Experience across products such as: - Equity - Equity Derivatives - Currency Derivatives - Commodity Derivatives - Good understanding of Exchange functions, Securities Market and Risk Management. - Knowledge of SDLC and STLC. - Experience in UAT, testing and business operations. - Strong team management and stakeholder management skills. - Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. - Good documentation and MS Office skills. - Candidates should be currently working with a stable career history. - Candidates with frequent job changes or long career gaps will not be considered. Education: B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA / CA
