- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for end-users across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.n
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.n
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra IDn
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointn
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, mailbox management, license assignment, and distribution groupsn
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service-related issuesn
- Support network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic LAN/WAN troubleshootingn
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.n
- Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when requiredn
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practicesn

nNetworking

- n
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.n




- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)n
- Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies.n
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.n
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.n
- Knowledge of Azure Administration, Intune, and endpoint management is an added advantagen

nOperating Systems & Tools
