Job Title: Lead IT Procurement

Experience: 8- 17 years

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Chennai

:

- 10+ years of relevant experience with procurement of IT equipment and services in a Technical Operations or similar context.
- Experience in negotiation for service contracts, equipment purchases, AMC renewals.
- Good understanding of contract language & legalese, and ability to coordinate in contract negotiation with legal counsel and outside vendors.
- Familiarity with Desktop, Server & Network hardware specifications, IT Licenses (OEM like Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco etc.)
- willingness to investigate and learn new technologies where needed.
- Finance Acumen : Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting techniques, and accounting practices.
- Experience with budgeting processes, Robust research and data analysis abilities.
- Experience with quantitative analysis including cost modeling, forecasting and inventory planning.

Key Responsibility

- Under Payment Management - Recurring Payments, duplicate payments track against invoices; keep track of monthly invoices for all vendors and maintain the payment tracking
- PO Creation and generation,



maintaining the PO acceptance copy and entire PO process to be maintained till it is released to vendor
- Keep track of CAPEX & OPEX for IT against budget, Maintaining the budget sheet, Telecom and Technology costs
- Keep track of delivery for new equipments and coordinate with Finance to process their invoices
- Keep track of AMCs and warranties expiry renewal
- Under Vendor Management - Negotiation in pricing, terms and conditions of sale, and warranties of goods and products with key suppliers and vendors.

Role Criteria:

- Must have atleast 10yrs exp. preferably with IT Procurement
- Atleast of Commerce Graduate or Post graduate into commerce program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (must have), with native level fluency in English.
- Quick learner with an ability to Document, share and transfer knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), proficiency in Purchase-to-pay tools.
