nRole Description

NThis is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive/Marketing Executive at Pin & Pan Restaurant located in Bhopal.

The Guest Relations

Executive/Marketing Executive will be contributing towards creating marketing strategies, managing guest relations, building customer loyalty and conducting market research. They will also help the Head Chef in developing menus and planning events that attract new customers, and work with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts.

The Guest Relations





Executive/Marketing Executive will also analyze data to improve the guest experience and will be responsible for measuring and reporting the success of marketing campaigns.

NQualifications

nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred

NPreferably 2 years' experience in marketing, customer service, or guest relations

NExcellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

NAbility to develop and implement marketing strategies

NStrong organizational andproject management skills

NAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a team

NKnowledge about marketingresearch and data analysis tools and methodology

NProficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software

NUnderstanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms including ability to take good photographs/videos and creating compelling posts for social media platforms.

NCompensation
