Role Purpose To drive recovery of overdue, NPA, and written-off accounts in line with approved recovery policy, while ensuring legal, regulatory, and documentation compliance across all recovery actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute recovery strategy in adherence to the approved recovery policy and risk appetite
- Monitor overdue, NPA, and written-off accounts for recovery action and performance
- Track legal recovery actions, SARFAESI proceedings, and ongoing litigation
- Manage settlement, compromise, and waiver proposals through defined approval processes
- Oversee empanelment, monitoring, and compliance of recovery agents/agencies




- Ensure adequate documentation supporting recovery actions and write-offs
- Prepare and review recovery performance reports and MIS for management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and fair practices/customer protection requirements
- Support internal accounts review and timely regulatory submissions

Education

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Law, or related field; MBA preferred
- Alternative Saturday off

Experience

- 3-7 years of experience in recovery, collections, or NPA management within banking/NBFC/fintech
